PAST

I started my career in HelpDesk roles, where I gained a strong understanding of user needs and hands-on experience solving technical issues. That foundation taught me how to listen, adapt, and find practical solutions — skills that still guide my work today.

PRESENT

Now, I focus on building business applications with Microsoft’s Power Platform. I enjoy turning complex requirements into simple, user-friendly tools that improve workflows, reduce friction, and make teams more efficient.

FUTURE

Looking forward, I’m excited to grow into roles where I can lead solution design, scale impact, and keep exploring how AI can support better user experiences. I’ve already been using tools like Power Platform’s Copilot to streamline how I build apps and automate tasks, and I’m excited to see how these technologies mature and shape the future of solution development.

    Power Pages enables me to build user-friendly websites for both external and internal users, seamlessly accessing and interacting with data stored in environment tables. It's a powerful tool for streamlining data collection and creating intuitive web interfaces.

Through both hands-on practice and formal training, I’ve built a strong foundation in PowerApps. I’ve earned two Microsoft certifications—PL-200 and PL-900—that showcase my expertise in Power Platform.
